Personal Profile: Janet is a native of Rock Springs, WY. Her family came to the area in the early 1900's as coal miners and business owners. She has continued to make Sweetwater County her home, and along with her husband, Terry, has raised two children here. Her family enjoys participating in the various events and activities the community has to offer, and takes pride in the rich, cultural background that built this unique area.

Janet has a bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science and a master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, both from the University of Wyoming. She taught middle school and junior high school as a Career and Technical education teacher for 31 years prior to becoming a Sales Agent for Rocky Mountain Realty. Janet's background in vocational education has served her well , as the area of housing has always been a topic of interest for her. This, combined with a lifetime of living in Sweetwater County, has allowed her to possess a keen knowledge of the area, its residents and their real estate needs. She has also been involved with real estate as a rental property business owner for over 20 years, and received her real estate license in March of 2015. Janet serves on the Sweetwater Board of Realtors and welcomes the ideas and insights others in her profession can provide.
